CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION
[0001] This application is a continuation of International Application No. PCT/KR2013/005549, filed Jun. 24, 2013, which is based upon and claims the benefit of priority from Korean Patent Application No. 20-2012-0005489, filed on Jun. 27, 2012 and Korean Patent Application No. 10-2013-0071522, filed on Jun. 21, 2013, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] 1. Field of the Invention
[0003] The present invention relates to a top having suspenders or suspender straps coupled integrally therewith to prevent a bottom from falling down, and more particularly, to a top having suspenders coupled integrally therewith wherein the top (an upper garment) made independently wearable is coupled integrally to the suspenders or suspender straps made independently by means of various methods and configurations, thus providing the original functions of the top and the fundamental functions of the suspenders and maintaining the expandability and elasticity as the characteristics of the suspenders, so that the top and the suspenders are coupled in their shape to each other, while their original characteristics and functions are being maintained functionally, thus improving the detachability and conveniences in use of the suspenders, preventing the loss of the suspenders, and preventing the suspenders from arbitrarily slipping down, whereby the suspenders used in the present invention mean a clothing accessory which has the function of a portion of the top in clothing and the function of the suspenders preventing the bottom from falling down and constitute a portion of the top, thus providing the top having new functions and designs as mentioned above.
[0004] 2. Background of the Related Art
[0005] A top as an upper garment worn on an upper body of a wearer is generally separated from a bottom and independently made, but in some cases, the top is sewn on the bottom to make one piece dress. Up to now, therefore, there is no technology wherein suspenders are attached to the top by means of various methods and configurations to provide the top having various functions and shapes.
[0006] Conventional suspenders are made independently with a plurality of suspender straps or with Y-shaped or X-shaped straps and thus coupled to a pair of trousers by means of various coupling devices such as clamps, hooking buttons and the like. Otherwise, the suspenders are sewn on the trousers, as one of functional axiliary straps used as an integral body with the trousers. Accordingly, a belt is replaced with the suspenders, and further, various beauties and designs are improved through the wearing of the suspenders.
[0007] So as to prevent the suspenders from slipping down or falling down to the left and right sides, accordingly, the suspenders are generally Y-shaped or X-shaped. That is, the suspenders are worn just in the crossing relation between the front and rear sides thereof to control the left and right movements thereof.
[0008] However, the suspenders are separated from the top and kept separately, which causes many inconveniences when they are worn again.
[0009] Further, if the bottom is separated from the suspenders during outside activities, the suspenders should be taken off to the left and right sides or separated from the bottom, which lowers the conveniences in use, and furthermore, the slipping down of the suspenders cannot be completely controlled to provide many inconveniences in use, which fails to promote the clothing industry utilizing the suspenders.
[0010] When the conventional suspenders are worn, besides, the up and down movements of the suspenders are controlled through expandability thereof, but so as to control the left and right movements thereof, the suspenders should be Y-shaped or X-shaped or made integrally with the bottom.
[0011] So as to minimize the left and right movements of the suspenders, a bottom having suspenders integrally coupled thereto has been proposed wherein the top end of the bottom is extended to a wearer's chest and the suspenders are sewn on the top end of the bottom.
[0012] However, the conventional suspender using methods and the conventional bottom having suspenders integrally coupled thereto fail to fully control the left and right movements of the suspenders, and besides, when the conventional suspenders are taken off, the top and the suspenders are separated and kept independently of each other, so that if the top and the suspenders are worn again, many inconveniences are caused and long wearing time is needed. On the other hand, if the suspenders are taken off to go to the bathroom during outside activities, many inconveniences are also made.
[0013] In spite of many advantages of the suspenders, the above-mentioned disadvantages and inconveniences in use of the suspenders hinder the promotion and prevailing use of the suspenders.
[0014] Among the conventional bottoms having suspenders integrally coupled thereto wherein the top end of the bottom is extended to the wearer's chest and the suspenders are sewn on the top end of the bottom, the suspenders coupled to the bottom made for a specific purpose or for the children often slip down during the outside activites, thus causing many inconveniences when put on or taken off.
[0015] Therefore, in case of the conventional bottoms having suspenders integrally coupled thereto and the conventional technology wherein the suspenders are Y-shaped or X-shaped and put over the shoulders of the upper body, while being coupled to the bottom by means of various connection accessories, they have had the problems that the suspenders are not easily detachably coupled to the bottom and various inconveniences and limitations in use are caused.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0049] Hereinafter, an explanation on a top having suspenders coupled integrally therewith according to preferred embodiments of the present invention will be in detail given with reference to the attached drawing.
[0050] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a top having suspenders coupled integrally therewith according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
[0051] Generally, a pair of suspenders has Y-shaped or X-shaped straps adapted to prevent a bottom from falling down, while being worn over a wearer's shoulders, thus functioning as a belt and enhancing aesthetic design.
[0052] After the suspenders or suspender straps are independently made, in this case, they are connected to trousers or a skirt through connectors formed on the front ends thereof and then worn over the wearer's shoulders. Accordingly, the suspenders or suspender straps are utilized as an independent auxiliary item having a function of a clothing accessory or a belt.
[0053] As shown in FIG. 1, a pair of suspenders 10 having a given length is coupled to a top 100 in such a manner where at least one or more portions are supportedly coupled to given positions of the top 100, thus allowing the pair of suspenders 10 and the top 100 to provide their inherent functions in the state of being coupled to each other.
[0054] So as to achieve high degrees of practicability, conveniences, and utilization of a pair of suspenders for holding up the bottom through the coupling to the bottom, according to the present invention, the Y-shaped or X-shaped suspenders used in the conventional practice are changed to `11`-shaped or a linear line-shaped suspenders which are detachably attached to the top (upper garment).
[0055] When the suspenders or suspender straps are separated from the bottom, accordingly, they do not fall down in left and right sides, and when they do not forcibly pull down, they are movable up and down by given expandable lengths, thus providing a new type top having new concepts and various effects and functions.
[0056] Therefore, the suspenders used in the present invention mean a clothing accessory having the function of a portion of the top in clothing and the function of the suspenders preventing the bottom from falling down.
[0057] So as to perform the above-mentioned functions, as shown, the top 100 according to the present invention has at least one or more coupling members 60 adapted to couple the suspenders 10 thereto.
[0058] At this time, the coupling members 60 are formed of fixing strips having given length and width in such a manner as to be coupled to the top 100 and the suspenders 10 on both ends thereof, so that the suspenders 10 are attached to the top 100, without any separation from the top 100.
[0059] On the shoulder portions 110 of the top 100, in this case, a loop or ring may be formed, and otherwise, the coupling members 60 may be additionally formed thereon.
[0060] Now, a top having suspenders coupled integrally therewith according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be explained with reference to FIGS. 2 to 5.
[0061] FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a top having suspenders coupled integrally therewith according to a second embodiment of the present invention, FIGS. 3a and 3b are front and rear views showing the top of FIG. 2, and FIGS. 4a and 4b are front and rear views showing another example of coupling members of FIGS. 3a and 3b.
[0062] Coupling members 20 as shown in FIG. 2 are disposed on the shoulder portions 110, the front surface portion and the rear surface portion of the top 100 in such a manner as to face each other.
[0063] At this time, the coupling members 20 are formed of at least one or more loops or rings attached to the outside surface of the top 100 to fittedly pass the suspenders 10 therethrough, so that in the state where the suspenders 10 are coupled to the top 100, the left and right movements of the suspenders 10 can be restricted.
[0064] In this case, each loop is formed of a strip having given length and width made of a soft material such as a fabric, leather and rubber and attached to the top 100 in various methods. Each ring is made of a hard material such as metal, plastic, wood, stone and rubber (hard) and attached to the top 100 in various methods.
[0065] At this time, the suspenders 10 are generally made of an expandable material such as a fabric and leather.
[0066] The suspenders 10 have buttons 15 formed on the front ends thereof to couple the bottom 200 (as shown in FIG. 6) thereto.
[0067] According to the second embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, the coupling members 20 are attached to the top 100 in the shape of the loops or rings in accordance with the widths of the suspenders 10, and next, the suspenders 10 are passed through the loops or rings as the coupling members 20.
[0068] That is, while the internal widths of the loops or rings are being smaller than the fastening members (as shown in FIGS. 22a to 22d) like the bottom connecting buttons 15 attached to the front ends of the suspenders 10 and are being not smaller at least than the widths of the suspenders 10, the loops and rings are sewn on the top 100 to prevent the top 100 and the suspenders 10 from being separated from each other.
[0069] The coupling between the suspenders 10 and the coupling members 20 is made by making the top 100 in the state where the suspenders 10 are first fitted to the coupling members 20 or by passing the suspenders 10 through the coupling members 20 and attaching the buttons 15 to the front ends of the suspenders 10.
[0070] The number of coupling members 20 attached to the top 100 is not limited to that as shown in FIG. 2, but it can be appropriately selected in accordance with the size and characteristics of the suspenders 10 and the purpose and shape of the top 100.
[0071] For example, as shown in FIGS. 4a and 4b, the coupling members 20 are attached to the upper sides of the front surface portion of the top 100, and they are attached to the upper and lower sides of the rear surface portion of the top 100, so that after the lower ends of the suspenders 10 located on the front surface of the top 100 are separated from the bottom 200, the bottom 200 falls down to make the wearer go to the bathroom.
[0072] That is, the suspenders 10 located on the front surface portion of the top 100 are lifted up to the locations of the coupling members 20 attached to the upper sides of the front surface portion of the top 100.
[0073] On the other hand, FIG. 5 is a rear view showing an example of Y-shaped suspenders of FIG. 2, and as shown, in case of Y-shaped suspenders 10', the coupling member 20 is coupled to the lower side of the suspenders 10' located on the rear surface portion of the top 100. At this time, the suspenders 10' and the coupling members 20 located on the front surface portion of the top 100 are formed in the same manner as in the second embodiment as shown in FIG. 2.
[0074] FIG. 6 is a front view showing an example wherein the top of FIG. 2 is coupled to the bottom, and as shown, the bottom 200 has connection strips 210 having a plurality of button holes 215 formed thereon to correspond to the buttons 15 attached to the front ends of the suspenders 10.
[0075] In the state where the top 100 and the bottom 200 are worn, the buttons 15 of the suspenders 10 are fitted to the button holes 215 formed on the connection strips 210 of the bottom 200, thus connecting the suspenders 10 and the bottom 200 to each other.
[0076] In this case, the connection between the suspenders 10 and the bottom 200 may be connected to each other by means of various typical methods, and therefore, various examples for the connection between the suspenders 10 and the bottom 200 will be explained later with reference to FIGS. 22a to 22d.
[0077] Next, various examples of the coupling members 20 will be explained with reference to FIGS. 7 to 9.
[0078] FIGS. 7 to 9 are side views showing various examples of the coupling member according to the present invention, and the coupling members are formed of the loops made of a soft material such as a fabric, leather and rubber.
[0079] In the same manner as shown in FIG. 1, first, a coupling member 20a as shown in FIG. 7 is sewn on the top 100 in such a manner as to have both ends facing each other, so that each suspender 10 is fittedly passed through the coupling member 20a.
[0080] On the other hand, a coupling member 20b as shown in FIG. 8 has opening/closing means 25b formed on one side thereof, so that one end of the coupling member 20b is open and closed by means of the opening/closing means 25b.
[0081] In this case, the opening/closing means 25b includes a button 26b and a button hole 27b.
[0082] That is, while the internal width of the loop as the coupling member 20b is being smaller than the fastening member (as shown in FIGS. 22a to 22d) connecting the suspenders 10 and the bottom 200 and is being not smaller at least than the widths of the suspenders 10, one end of the loop is sewn on the top 100 and the button hole 27b formed on the other end of the loop is fitted to the button 26b formed on the top 100, thus allowing the suspenders 10 to be detachably coupled to the top 100.
[0083] As one side of the coupling member 20b is connected to the top 100 and separated from the top 100, the suspenders 10 can be coupled to or separated from the top 100.
[0084] At this time, the opening/closing means 25b is not limited just to the button and button hole coupling structure, and it may be formed of interconnection accessories having various male and female insertion structures detachably fitted to each other. In addition to general buttons and button holes, for example, snap buttons, Velcro tapes, a hook and a hook inserter, male and female hanging loops, male and female buckles and so on may be freely used as the coupling member 20b.
[0085] On the other hand, a coupling member 20c as shown in FIG. 9 includes a pair of connection strips 21c and 25c having one end sewn on the top 100 and the other end detachably coupled to each other by means of their respective opening/closing means 25b as shown in FIG. 8.
[0086] On the other hand, FIGS. 10 and 11 are side views showing various examples of a ring serving as the coupling member of FIG. 2. So as to maintain the outer shape of the ring, coupling members 20d and 20e are made of metal, plastic, wood, stone, hard rubber and the like.
[0087] In addition to an elongated hole type ring as shown in FIG. 10, the coupling member 20d may have various sizes and shapes such as rectangular, square, circular, triangular, and D-shaped rings only if the suspenders 10 are fitted to the coupling member 20d or only if the coupling member 20d to which the suspenders 10 is fitted is made.
[0088] At this time, while the internal width of the coupling member 20d is being smaller than the fastening member (as shown in FIGS. 22a to 22d) connecting the suspenders 10 and the bottom 200 and is being not smaller than the widths of the suspenders 10, one end of the coupling member 20d is sewn on the top 100 by means of a separate fabric, thus preventing the suspenders 10 from being separated from the top 100.
[0089] So as to improve the conveniences in use, further, as shown in FIG. 11, the coupling member 20e is formed of a connection loop having an opening/closing rotary body 25e disposed on one side thereof, thus separating the suspenders 10 from the top 100.
[0090] In this case, the rotary body 25e may have general various structures wherein it rotates around one end thereof by means of an elastic force of a spring to open or close one side of the coupling member 20e.
[0091] Now, an explanation on a top having suspenders coupled integrally therewith according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be given with reference to FIGS. 12a and 12b.
[0092] FIGS. 12a and 12b are front and rear views showing a top having suspenders coupled integrally therewith according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
[0093] As shown, the simple loop type coupling members 20 are attached to the shoulder portions 110 of the top 100, and the coupling members 20b each having the opening/closing means 25b formed on one side thereof are attached to the front and rear surface portions of the top 100, thus allowing the coupling members 20 and the coupling members 20b to help each other.
[0094] That is, the simple loop type coupling members 20 attached to the shoulder portions 110 of the top 100 serve to reliably restrict the left and right movements of the suspenders 10, but their conveniences in use are not ensured. Accordingly, the coupling members 20b each having the opening/closing means 25b formed on one side thereof are attached to the front and rear surface portions of the top 100, thus allowing the suspenders 10 to be easily detachably coupled to the top 100.
[0095] According to the present invention, therefore, the various examples of the coupling members 20, 20a, 20b, 20c, 20d and 20e may be used together in accordance with the purposes or shapes of the top 100 and the use environments of the wearer.
[0096] Next, an explanation on a top having suspenders coupled integrally therewith according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be given with reference to FIGS. 13 to 15.
[0097] FIG. 13 is a perspective view showing a top having suspenders coupled integrally therewith according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 14 is a perspective view showing the coupling state of a coupling member of FIG. 13, and FIG. 15 is a perspective view showing the coupling state of another example of the coupling member of FIG. 13.
[0098] As shown in FIG. 13, a coupling member 30 includes a fixing strip 31 having a given length and a ring 35 formed on the front end of the fixing strip 31.
[0099] That is, the ring 35 is formed on the front end of the fixing strip 31 whose one end is coupled to the top 100, through which each suspender 10 is fitted.
[0100] As shown, at this time, the simple loop or ring type coupling members 20 are attached to the shoulder portions 110 of the top 100, and the coupling members 30 each having the fixing strip 31 and the ring 35 are attached to the front and rear surface portions of the top 100.
[0101] In this case, one end of the fixing strip 31 is sewn on the top 100 or coupled to the top 100 by means of a separate fixing accessory, and the ring 35 is formed on the other end of the fixing strip 31 to which each suspender is fitted.
[0102] At this time, the ring 35 may have various shapes such as rectangular, square and triangular rings which are made of a hard material like metal, plastic, wood, stone, hard rubber and so on.
[0103] The internal width of the ring 35 is smaller than the button 15 formed on the lower end of each suspender 10, thus preventing the suspenders 10 from being separated from the ring 35.
[0104] That is, the internal width of the ring 35 is smaller than the fastening member (as shown in FIGS. 22a to 22d) connecting the suspenders 10 and the bottom 200 and is not smaller at least than the widths of the suspenders 10, thus preventing the suspenders 10 from being separated from the ring 35.
[0105] On the other hand, a coupling member 30a as shown in FIG. 14 includes a fixing strip 31a and a ring 35a.
[0106] In this case, the ring 35a has a rotary body 36a as shown in FIG. 11 disposed on one side thereof to open and close one side of the ring 35a, thus separating the suspenders 10 therefrom.
[0107] Further, a coupling member 30b as shown in FIG. 15 includes a fixing strip 31b, a ring 35b, and an interconnection accessory 36b formed on the rear end of the fixing strip 31b, thus being detachably coupled to the top 100.
[0108] At this time, the interconnection accessory 36b includes a button 37b and a button hole 38b adapted to fit the button 37b thereto.
[0109] Accordingly, the fixing strip 31b is detachably coupled to the top 100 by means of the interconnection accessory 36b.
[0110] At this time, the interconnection accessory 36b is not limited just to the button and button hole coupling structure, and it may be formed of interconnection accessories having various male and female insertion structures detachably fitted to each other. In addition to general buttons and button holes, for example, snap buttons, Velcro tapes, a hook and a hook inserter, male and female hanging loops, male and female buckles and so on may be freely used as the interconnection accessory 36b.
[0111] Next, other examples of the coupling member 60 as shown in FIG. 1 will be explained with reference to FIGS. 16 and 17.
[0112] FIG. 16 is a perspective view showing the coupling state of an example of the coupling member of FIG. 1, and FIG. 17 is a perspective view showing the coupling state of another example of the coupling member of FIG. 1.
[0113] In coupling a coupling member 70 to the suspenders 10, as shown in FIG. 16, one end of a fixing strip 71 is sewn on the top 100 and the other end of the fixing strip 71 is detachably coupled to the suspender 10 by means of an interconnection accessory 75 formed of a button 76 and a button hole 77, thus detachably coupling the coupling member 70 and the suspender 10 to each other.
[0114] In coupling a fixing strip 81 of a coupling member 80 to the suspenders 10, as shown in FIG. 17, one end of the fixing strip 81 is sewn on the suspender 10 and the other end of the fixing strip 81 is detachably coupled to the top 100 by means of an interconnection accessory 85 formed of a button 86 and a button hole 87, thus detachably coupling the coupling member 80 to the top 100.
[0115] In this case, in addition to general buttons and button holes, for example, snap buttons, Velcro tapes, a hook and a hook inserter, male and female hanging loops, male and female buckles and so on may be freely used as the interconnection accessories 75 and 85.
[0116] Next, an explanation on a top having suspenders coupled integrally therewith according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be given with reference to FIGS. 18a and 18b.
[0117] FIGS. 18a and 18b are front and rear views showing a top having suspenders coupled integrally therewith according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention.
[0118] So as to couple the suspenders 10 to the top 100, as shown in FIGS. 18a and 18b, a plurality of coupling members 40 is spaced apart from each other on the top 100, and the coupling members 40 are formed of at least one or more through holes formed equally spaced apart from each other up and down on the front and rear surface portions of the top 100.
[0119] In this case, the through holes are equally spaced apart from each other in parallel relation with each other around the center of the top 100 in such a manner as to allow the suspenders 10 to be located in parallel to the top 100.
[0120] At this time, the coupling members 40 are desirably formed of horizontally elongated through holes, and the number of coupling members 40 and the sizes of the coupling members 40 are appropriately selected in accordance with the suspenders 10.
[0121] On the other hand, the coupling members 20 having the shape of the loops or rings as shown in FIG. 2 are attached to the shoulder portions 110 of the top 100, but various coupling members 20, 20a, 20b, 20c, 20d and 20e may be attached or not attached thereto.
[0122] Accordingly, the suspenders 10 are fittedly passed through the plurality of through holes and coupled to the top 100, and at this time, the front and rear ends of the suspenders 10 are located at the inside of the top 100 and coupled to the bottom 200.
[0123] At this time, the internal width of each coupling member 40 is smaller than the width of the button 15 attached to each suspender 10, thus preventing the suspenders 10 from being separated from the top 100.
[0124] On the other hand, FIGS. 19a and 19b are front and rear views showing an example wherein different coupling members are used together on the top according to the present invention. The coupling members 40 are equally spaced apart from each other up and down on the front and rear surface portions of the top 100, as shown in FIGS. 18a and 18b, and the coupling members 30a as auxiliary coupling members are formed on each end portion of the suspenders 10, as shown in FIG. 14.
[0125] Accordingly, the suspenders 10 are detachably fitted to the rings 35a of the coupling members 30a functioning as the auxiliary coupling members.
[0126] Hereinafter, an explanation on a top having suspenders coupled integrally therewith according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention will be given with reference to FIGS. 20 and 21.
[0127] FIG. 20 is a front view showing a top having suspenders coupled integrally therewith according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 21 is a partially perspective view showing the coupling member of FIG. 20.
[0128] According to the sixth embodiment of the present invention, while the left and right movements of the suspenders 10 are being restricted, the up and down movements thereof are conducted to some extent. A coupling member 50 to which each suspender 10 is coupled includes at least one or more protrusions 51 protruding from the top 100 by a given height and a slit 55 formed on each suspender 10 to which the protrusions 51 is fitted.
[0129] In this case, the protrusions 51 protrude forwardly from the front surface portion of the top 100 and are formed of buttons or cuffs buttons.
[0130] The width of each protrusion 51 is larger than the horizontal width of the slit 55 formed on each suspender 10, thus preventing the protrusion 51 from being unexpectedly escaped from the slit 55.
[0131] On the other hand, as shown, the slit 55 is formed with a given length along the longitudinal direction of the suspender 10.
[0132] In this case, the slit 55 is smaller than the horizontal width of the protrusion 51 formed on the top 100 and larger than the vertical width of the protrusion 51, and unless the protrusion 51 fitted to the slit 55 is arbitrarily separated from the slit 55, it is not escaped naturally from the slit 55.
[0133] The protrusion 51 and the slit 55 may be formed symmetrically on the front and rear surface portions of the top 100, and further, a plurality of protrusions 51 and slits 55 may be arranged along the suspenders 10.
[0134] Accordingly, the protrusions 51 are fitted to the slits 55 to couple the suspenders 10 to the top 100. At this time, the left and right movements of the suspenders 10 are restricted by means of the coupling members 50, and the up and down movements thereof are conducted by the lengths of the slits 55.
[0135] On the other hand, as shown, the suspenders 10 desirably have auxiliary strips 56 formed in the horizontal direction with respect to the slit 55.
[0136] The auxiliary strips 56 serve to help the suspenders 10 made of an expandable fabric material, and they are sewn horizontally on the suspenders 10 to prevent the slits 55 from being excessively open in left and right directions.
[0137] The auxiliary strips 56 are formed on the appropriate positions of the slits 55 in accordance with the coupling positions to the protrusions 51.
[0138] Hereinafter, various connection structures between the suspenders and the bottom will be explained with reference to FIGS. 22a to 22d.
[0139] FIGS. 22a to 22d are front views showing various connection structures between the suspenders and the bottom.
[0140] As shown in FIG. 22a, the button 15 is formed on the front end of each suspender 10, and the connection strip 210 having the button holes 215 formed thereon is formed on the bottom 200 (as shown in FIG. 4), thus coupling the suspenders 10 to the bottom 200.
[0141] Accordingly, the coupling position of the button 15 is selected by a user, thus performing the length adjustment of the suspender 10.
[0142] On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 22b, the suspenders 10 and the bottom 200 are connected to each other by means of a general belt fastener 220, and as shown in FIG. 22c, the suspenders 10 and the bottom 200 are connected to each other by means of a hook fastener 230 having a hook and a hook inserter.
[0143] Further, as shown in FIG. 22d, a button 15 and a plurality of button holes 12 are formed on the front end of the suspender 10 in the longitudinal direction of the suspender 10, and a given ring 242 is formed on a connection strip 240, so that the suspender 10 is passed through the ring 242 of the connection strip 240 and the button 15 is then fitted to one button hole 12.
[0144] In addition to the above-mentioned methods for connecting the suspenders 10 and the bottom 200 to each other, clamps are disposed on the front ends of the suspenders 10 to directly fix the bottom 200 thereto, and like this, various fastening methods may be suggested.
[0145] According to the present invention, on the other hand, the opening/closing means 25b (as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9) and the interconnection accessories 36b, 75 and 85 (as shown in FIGS. 15 to 17) may be formed through the various connection structures as shown in FIGS. 22a to 22d.
[0146] According to the present invention, therefore, the suspenders having a given length are coupled to the top, and so as to restrict the movements of the suspenders, in this case, the plurality of coupling members through which the suspenders are passed or to which the suspenders are fastened is provided to support at least one or more portions of the suspenders, thus preventing the suspenders from easily falling down to the left and right sides or from being loose when a wearer sits, avoiding the inconveniences and time consumption when the top is put on again, and providing the rapid detachability when the suspenders should be taken off during outside activities to remarkably improve the conveniences in use.
[0147] Further, the left and right movements of the suspenders can be controlled, and the front ends of the suspenders are located on the positions recognizable by the wearer, thus easily conducting the wearing and separation of the suspenders. Furthermore, the front side suspenders coupled to the bottom are separated from the bottom so as to go to the bathroom, without having any separation of the rear side suspenders from the bottom, and on the other hand, if the suspenders are extended longer, the bottom just pulls down to go to the bathroom, without having any separation of the suspenders from the bottom.
[0148] According to the present invention, on the other hand, the suspenders are mounted on the outside surface of the top, but they may be attached to the inner surface of the top under the same principle and method as mentioned above.
[0149] In this case, the outside surface of the top becomes general clothing, but the suspenders are attached to the inner surface of the top, so that when the suspenders are coupled to the bottom, they are not seen from the outside, but a suspender wearing effect can be actually provided. Further, as the fabric itself of the top is utilized as a fixing device, the suspenders are worn to allow the top to be located on the outside of the bottom or to allow the top to be located on the inside of the bottom, so that the top having the suspenders coupled to the bottom according to the present invention may be utilized to have various functions and effects exceeding the general functions and effects of the existing suspenders.
[0150] Further, new type clothing having various functions and new paradigm, to which the suspenders are coupled, is made to create various aesthetic designs and to satisfy high quality demands of consumers.
[0151] As mentioned above, the independently made suspenders are coupled integrally to the independently made top, so that firstly, general waist tightening of trousers or the inconveniences caused by the weight of a belt are removed and there is no need for making separate suspenders or carrying the suspenders with the wearer; secondly, the left and right movements of the suspenders are prevented and when the suspenders are coupled to the bottom again after separated from the bottom, the ends of the suspenders are located on the portions recognizable by the wearer, thus allowing the suspenders to be conveniently separated and re-coupled to the bottom to improve the conveniences in use and the rapid detachability; thirdly, so as to go to the bathroom, the front side suspenders coupled to the bottom are separated from the bottom, without having any separation of the rear side suspenders from the bottom, and otherwise, the bottom just pulls down to go to the bathroom, without having any separation of the suspenders from the bottom; fourthly, the suspenders are always attached to the top, thus having no need for separately keeping the suspenders and ensuring many conveniences in use equal to the conveniences of the belt to provide psychological stability to the wearer; fifthly, even if other clothing or items are coupled to the suspenders, the outside surface of the top is not wrinkled or pulled, thus preventing the occurrence of the unbalance of the top; sixthly, when the suspenders are attached further to the inner surface of the top, the top has a general outer shape of the top, while providing functional clothing effect having various functions, and the inside suspenders are connected to panties from which a rubber band is removed, while the outside suspenders are being connected to the bottom, thus removing the disadvantages of the rubber band; and lastly, aesthetic diversity is obtained through new designs, and various functional items are fixed to the top, thus reliably preventing the loss of the items and ensuring the portability of the items to provide many inconveniences through the application to climbing or leisure clothing.
[0152] While the present invention has been described with reference to the particular illustrative embodiments, it is not to be restricted by the embodiments but only by the appended claims. It is to be appreciated that those skilled in the art can change or modify the embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the present invention.
