Description:
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to drillers, and particularly to a driller retaining device able to be positioned with well horizontality and verticality
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] In current civil or building engineering, electric drillers or other tools are used to drill holes horizontally or vertically. However, to have a desired horizontality or verticality, experiences and feelings of workers are necessary.
[0003] Currently, a level meter or plummet are attached to a tool. Since these meters are not tightly retained to the tools, in working, vibrations will cause the meters to separate from the tool. As a result, the hole drilled will not be horizontal or vertical precisely.
[0004] Thus, if there is an auxiliary device with a level meter or plummet for assisting the driller to be steadily adhered to a working surface and operated with a well horizontality or verticality.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005] Accordingly, the object of the present invention is to provide a driller retaining device able to be positioned with well horizontality and verticality, in that when a outer sleeve is adhered to a wall, a friction is provided so that the driller within the outer sleeve is retained steadily. Moreover, the friction will suffer from a part of the weight of the driller. The present invention provides the driller can drill a hole of a wall with precise horizontality or verticality.
[0006] To achieve above object, the present invention provides a driller retaining device able to be positioned with well horizontality and verticality; comprising: a hollow outer sleeve having two end, one is a working end and the other being an assembly end; an inner wall of the assembly end being formed with a plurality of axial sliding tracks; an inner hollow cylinder arranged within the sleeve; two ends of the inner hollow cylinder being an machine end and an assembly end; an outer wall of the inner hollow cylinder having at least one sliding block which is arranged corresponding to the axial sliding groove of the outer sleeve; wherein in assembly, the inner hollow cylinder is combined to the driller; then the assembly end of the inner hollow cylinder is assembled to the assembly end of the outer sleeve; and at the same time, the sliding block of the inner hollow cylinder is assembled into the axial sliding groove of the outer sleeve.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0011] In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.
[0012] With reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, the structure of the present invention includes the following elements.
[0013] A hollow outer sleeve 10 has two ends, one is a working end 11 and the other is an assembly end 12. An inner wall of the assembly end 12 is formed with a plurality of axial sliding tracks 13. The outer sleeve 10 has a plurality of adjusting holes 14 which axially penetrate through the wall of the outer sleeve 10. An outer wall of the outer sleeve 10 has at least one leveler 15 which is horizontally or vertically arranged along the outer wall of the outer sleeve 10.
[0014] An inner hollow cylinder 20 is arranged within the sleeve 10. Two ends of the inner hollow cylinder 20 are a machine end 21 and an assembly end 22. An outer wall of the inner hollow cylinder 20 has at least one sliding block 23 which is arranged corresponding to the axial sliding groove 13 of the outer sleeve 10. The inner hollow cylinder 20 has a retaining unit 24 for retaining a driller 50 inserting to an inner space of the inner hollow cylinder 20 so as to combine the driller 50 to the inner hollow cylinder 20.
[0015] After the inner hollow cylinder 20 is combined to the driller 50, then the assembly end 22 of the inner hollow cylinder 20 is assembled to the assembly end 12 of the outer sleeve 10. At the same time, the sliding block 23 of the inner hollow cylinder 20 is assembled into the axial sliding groove 13 of the outer sleeve 10.
[0016] With reference to FIG. 3, in the present invention, the driller retaining unit 24 includes a locking screw 241 and a rubber friction end 242 for retaining the inner hollow cylinder 20 to the driller 50. The locking screw 241 penetrates through a screw hole of the inner hollow cylinder 20, while the screw head exposed out of the inner hollow cylinder 20 and the friction end 242 is within the inner hollow cylinder 20. As a result, when the driller 50 is inserted into the inner hollow space of the inner hollow cylinder 20, the friction end 242 resists against the driller 50. Then the user screws the locking screw 241 so as to apply pressure to the driller 50 through the friction end 242. As a result, the driller 50 will be tightly retained within the inner hollow cylinder 20.
[0017] With reference to FIGS. 1 and 4, it is illustrated that each of the adjusting hole 14 is installed with an adjusting screw 30. A head of the screw 30 is at the end of the assembly end 12 of the outer sleeve 10 and a distal end of the screw 30 exposes out of the working end 11. In working, the working end 11 of the outer sleeve 10 resisting against a working surface 60. The leveler 15 displays the horizontality of the driller 50. When the driller 50 is not set horizontally, the adjusting screw 30 is adjusted to adjust the distal end so as to adjust the slop of the driller 50 with respect to the working surface 60 to the desired horizontality.
[0018] Preferably, the outer sleeve 10 is made of transparent material or is partially transparent.
[0019] A rubber ring is installed at the working end 11 of the outer sleeve 10 so that the working end 11 of the outer sleeve 10 can be tightly adhered to the working surface. Similarly, the distal end of the adjusting screw 30 is enclosed by a rubber so as to provide a desired friction.
[0020] Preferably, an outer wall of the outer sleeve 10 is installed with two levelers 15 which are perpendicular to one another so that the outer sleeve 10 can be installed at a horizontal direction or a vertical direction.
[0021] In use of the present invention, the working end of the outer sleeve 10 is adhered to a wall or a ground, and the levelers on the outer sleeve 10 are viewed. If the driller 50 is not set horizontally or vertically and is not at a desired slope, the adjusting screw is adjusted to cause the outer sleeve 10 is at a desired slop. Then the inner hollow cylinder 20 is installed into the outer sleeve 10. The inner hollow cylinder 20 is installed with a driller 50. Then the outer sleeve 10 is held by one hand, the inner hollow cylinder 20 is slid into the inner hollow cylinder 20 by moving the sliding block 23 along the sliding track 13 of the outer sleeve 10 so that the inner hollow cylinder 20 is pushed into the outer sleeve 10. Then the driller 50 is operated to drill a hole in the wall.
[0022] The object of the present invention is to provide an auxiliary tool of drilling. When the outer sleeve 10 is adhered to the wall, a friction is provided so that the driller 50 in the outer sleeve 10 is retained steadily. Moreover, the friction will suffer from a part of the weight of the driller 50. The present invention provides the driller 50 can drill a hole of a wall with precise horizontality or verticality.
[0023] The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
