[0001] A paper towel dispenser referred as The Drop & Roll Dispenser or
The General Dispensor, is a dispenser and a container incorporation for
any material roll or free spindle. The General Dispensor, also portable,
only uses the roll of material's gravity or weight for securing the
assemble. The user simply deposits or drops any roll of material in the
General Dispensor for it's dispensing or unrolling, with no arrangement
needed.
