Description:
BACKGROUND
[0001] These four scrapers differ from existing jar scrapers in that they are small enough to remove all the contents of Baby Food Jars.
SUMMARY
[0002] My improvements include designing scrapers, each one to be all of one piece, in four different sizes and colors specifically for each of these smaller jars.
DESCRIPTION
[0003] (See FIG. 1 for the side view of the largest of the four scrapers.) The scraper surfaces are herein described in descending order by size beginning with the tallest baby food jar. (1) 3-5/8'' h., (2) 2- 5/16'' h., (3) 2-5/8'' h., and (4) 1-7/8'' h. The tallest jar(1) measures 3-1/8'' from its bottom curved inside edge to its top curved inside edge (just under the lid area) and 3.0'' at its shallowest inside curved point. It levels out to 3- 1/16'' as the bottom of the jar flattens out. The other three scrapers, in descending heights, (also measured from the inside the jar bottom to just below the lid inside edge) will have the same contour at the bottom, but each will have corresponding shorter scraper lengths: e.g. Jar (2) 2- 3/16'' and 2- 5/16''. (3) 2-1/8'' and 2.0'', and Jar (4) 1-1/4'' and 1-1/8'' respectively.
DETAILS
[0004] The scraper area of each scoop will be only slightly concave to hold the baby food. The handles will be embedded in each scraper to 1/3 the scraper length. All handles above the top edge of the scraper will be 2-7/8'' long. Handles and scrapers are to be all of one piece and made of a sturdy plastic or rubber.
