Abstract:
A machine tool with an ultrasonic device includes a machine tool unit, a
fastening unit, and an ultrasonic unit. The machine tool unit includes a
working device and a worktable. The working device has a working member
to process a workpiece. The fastening unit is disposed on the worktable
to mount and fasten the workpiece. The ultrasonic unit is located between
the worktable and the fastening unit. When the working member and the
ultrasonic unit are activated, the workpiece is processed by the working
member, and the ultrasonic unit generates ultrasonic vibrations to the
fastening unit and the workpiece placed on the fastening unit to clear
filings from the workpiece during operation to enhance the work
efficiency greatly.Claims:
1. A machine tool with an ultrasonic device, comprising a machine tool
unit comprising a working device and a worktable, the working device
having a working member to process a workpiece; a fastening unit disposed
on the worktable to mount and fasten the workpiece; and an ultrasonic
unit located between the worktable and the fastening unit; wherein when
the working member and the ultrasonic unit are activated, the workpiece
is processed by the working member, and the ultrasonic unit generates
ultrasonic vibrations to the fastening unit and the workpiece placed on
the fastening unit to clear filings off during operation.

The machine tool with an ultrasonic device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the machine tool unit comprises the working device, the worktable, a shift device and a cutting unit, the shift device comprising an X-axis shift portion, a Y-axis shift portion and a Z-axis shift portion, the shift device being used to control movement of the working member along X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis relative to the workpiece, the workpiece being processed at a predetermined position, the cutting unit having a plurality of cutting members in different sizes, the cutting members functioning as the working member.
3. The machine tool with an ultrasonic device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fastening unit comprises an air hole and a vacuum device, the vacuum device being used to vacuum the air hole so as to fasten the workpiece.
4. The machine tool with an ultrasonic device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ultrasonic unit comprises an ultrasonic generator for generating ultrasonic vibrations to the fastening unit and the workpiece on the fastening unit.
5. The machine tool with an ultrasonic device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ultrasonic vibrations from the ultrasonic unit have an amplitude not exceeding a precision range of the working member to the workpiece.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] 1. Field of the Invention
[0002] The present invention relates to an ultrasonic device used on a worktable of a machine tool. The ultrasonic device generates ultrasonic vibration to enhance the work efficiency to clear filings off, and the working device won't be damaged.
[0003] 2. Description of the Prior Art
[0004] A conventional machine tool has an ultrasonic device. Taiwan Patent Publication No. 200932468 discloses "a glass working device and method thereof", which comprises a rotation mechanism and an oscillation mechanism on a machine tool.
[0005] The drill bit is connected to the oscillation mechanism and driven by the rotation mechanism. The oscillation mechanism oscillates to provide two functions, transmitting process and oscillation, for processing a workpiece. The drill bit bears oscillation of the oscillation mechanism, and the bearing of the drill bit will lose its precision and be damaged after a period of time. Accordingly, the inventor of the present invention has devoted himself based on his many years of practical experiences to solve this problem.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0006] The primary object of the present invention is to provide a machine tool with an ultrasonic device which can be used on a worktable of a conventional machine tool. The ultrasound enhances the work efficiency to clear filings off, and the working device won't be damaged.
[0007] In order to achieve the aforesaid object, the machine tool with an ultrasonic device of the present invention comprises a machine tool unit, a fastening unit, and an ultrasonic unit. The machine tool unit comprises a working device and a worktable. The working device has a working member to process a workpiece. The fastening unit is disposed on the worktable to mount and fasten the workpiece. The ultrasonic unit is located between the worktable and the fastening unit. When the working member and the ultrasonic unit are activated, the workpiece is processed by the working member, and the ultrasonic unit generates ultrasonic vibrations to the fastening unit and the workpiece placed on the fastening unit to clear filings off during operation.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0017] Embodiments of the present invention will now be described, by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0018] As shown in FIG. 1 through FIG. 6, the machine tool with an ultrasonic device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a machine tool unit 10, a fastening unit 20, and an ultrasonic unit 30.
[0019] The machine tool unit 10 comprises a working device 11 and a worktable 12. The working device 11 has a working member 111 to process a workpiece 91, referring to FIG. 9.
[0020] The fastening unit 20 is disposed on the worktable 12 to mount and fasten the workpiece 91.
[0021] The ultrasonic unit 30 is located between the worktable 12 and the fastening unit 20.
[0022] When the working member 111 and the ultrasonic unit 30 are activated, the workpiece 91 is processed by the working member 111. The ultrasonic unit 30 generates ultrasonic vibrations to the fastening unit 20 and the workpiece 91 placed on the fastening unit 20 to clear filings from the workpiece 91 during operation.
[0023] When the present invention is in use, the machine tool unit 10 comprises the working device 11, the worktable 12, a shift device 13 and a cutting unit 14. The shift device 13 comprises an X-axis shift portion 131, a Y-axis shift portion 132, and a Z-axis shift portion 133. The shift device 13 is used to control movement of the working member 111 along X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis relative to the workpiece 91. The workpiece 91 may be processed at a predetermined position. The cutting unit 14 has a plurality of cutting members in different sizes. The cutting members are the working member 111.
[0024] The fastening unit 20 comprises an air hole 21 and a vacuum device 22. The vacuum device 22 is used to vacuum the air hole 21 so as to fasten the workpiece 91.
[0025] The ultrasonic unit 30 comprises an ultrasonic generator 31 for generating ultrasonic vibrations to the fastening unit 20 and the workpiece 91 on the fastening unit 20.
[0026] The amplitude of the ultrasonic vibrations from the ultrasonic unit 30 doesn't exceed the precision range of the working member 111 to the workpiece 91.
[0027] To use the present invention, as shown in FIG. 7 to FIG. 9, the workpiece 91 is placed on the fastening unit 20. The vacuum device 22 is activated to vacuum the air hole 21 so as to fasten the workpiece 91 on the fastening unit 20. After that, the working member 111 and the ultrasonic unit 30 are activated, the workpiece 91 is processed by the working member 111 for boring a hole or grinding. The ultrasonic unit 30 generates ultrasonic vibrations to the fastening unit 20 and the workpiece 91 placed on the fastening unit 20 to clear filings off during operation. This enhances the work efficiency.
[0028] The advantages of the present invention are described below.
[0029] 1. Ultrasonic vibrations enhance the work efficiency to clear filings off. The present invention provides the ultrasonic unit located between the worktable and the fastening unit. The ultrasonic unit generates ultrasonic vibrations to the fastening unit and the workpiece on the fastening unit, enhancing the filings to be cleared off during operation. In this way, the filings won't be accumulated on the workpiece to increase the work efficiency.
[0030] 2. The working device won't be damaged. The ultrasonic unit of the present invention is located between the worktable and the fastening unit and generates ultrasonic vibrations to the fastening unit and the worktable only. The working device won't be influenced by the ultrasonic vibration, so that the working device won't be damaged easily.
[0031] 3. The present invention can be applied to the existing devices on the market. The ultrasonic unit is located between the worktable and the fastening unit. The conventional machine tools on the market have these two elements, so the ultrasonic unit can be mounted to the existing devices, without the need to purchase a new machine.
