Abstract:
A condenser has a body mounted on the seat, a nebulizer and a nebulizing
disk. The body has two condensing units. An open space is formed between
the condensing units. The nebulizer is mounted beside the body and has a
low-voltage direct current motor and a shaft. The shaft is driven by the
low-voltage direct current motor and protrudes into the open space. The
nebulizing disk is mounted securely around the shaft and is mounted in
the open space. When the low-voltage direct current motor operates, the
rotated nebulizing disk nebulizes the condensed water in the seat to the
condensing units. Heat of the condensing units vaporizes water that is
easily discharged without pipes. Further, the low-voltage direct current
motor is highly efficient, has fast rotational speed so is energy-saving
safe.Claims:
1. A condenser comprising: a base having a seat; a body mounted on the
seat and having two condensing units mounted separately on the seat; an
open space formed between the condensing units; and multiple condensing
tubes mounted respectively through the condensing units; a bracket
mounted on the base beside the body; a nebulizer mounted on the bracket
and comprising a low-voltage DC motor attached securely to the bracket;
and a shaft connected to and driven by the low-voltage DC motor, mounted
through the bracket and mounted into the open space between the
condensing units; and a nebulizing disk mounted securely around the shaft
and mounted in the open space between the condensing units.
2. The condenser as claimed in claim 1, wherein the nebulizing disk is a volute centrifugal disk.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a condenser, especially to a condenser with a nebulizer having a low-voltage direct current motor.
[0002] 2. Description of the Prior Arts
[0003] An air conditioner utilizes thermal dynamics to cool indoor temperature. When the air conditioner operates, water is condensed from air and needs to be drained out of the air conditioner. Generally, water is drained out through a pipe. However, the outlet of the pipe must be directly connected to a drain or drip freely. When connected to the drain connecting tubes are used and may be revealed or concealed. Revealed connecting tubes reduce aesthetic appeal of a building, but concealed connecting tubes should be built during original construction; otherwise expensive renovation is required.
[0004] To overcome the shortcomings, the present invention provides a condenser with a nebulizer having a low-voltage direct current motor to mitigate or obviate the aforementioned problems.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005] The main objective of the present invention is to provide a condenser with a nebulizer having a low-voltage direct current motor. The condenser is designed for air conditioners to replace draining condensed water. The condenser has a body mounted on the seat, a nebulizer and a nebulizing disk. The body has two condensing units. An open space is formed between the condensing units. The nebulizer is mounted beside the body and has a low-voltage direct current motor and a shaft. The shaft is driven by the low-voltage direct current motor and protrudes into the open space. The nebulizing disk is mounted securely around the shaft and is mounted in the open space. When the low-voltage direct current motor operates, the rotated nebulizing disk nebulizes condensed water in the seat to the condensing units. Heat of the condensing units vaporizes condensed water that is easily discharged without requiring pipes or draining. Therefore, the air conditioner with the condenser needs no outside tubes. Further, the low-voltage direct current motor is highly efficient, has fast rotational speed so is energy-saving and safe.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0011] With reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, a condenser with a nebulizer having a low-voltage direct current (DC) motor in accordance with the present invention comprises a base (10), a body (20), a bracket (30), a nebulizer (40) and a nebulizing disk (50).
[0012] The base (10) has a seat (11).
[0013] The body (20) is mounted in the seat (11) and has two condensing units (21) and multiple condensing tubes (22). The condensing units (21) are mounted separately in the seat (11). An open space is formed between the condensing units (21). The condensing tubes (22) are mounted respectively through the condensing units (21).
[0014] The bracket (30) is mounted on the base (10) and is mounted beside the body (20).
[0015] With further reference to FIG. 3, the nebulizer (40) is mounted on the bracket (30) and comprises a low-voltage DC motor (41) and a shaft (42). The low-voltage DC motor (41) is attached securely to the bracket (30). The shaft (42) is connected to and is driven by the low-voltage DC motor, is mounted through the bracket (30) and protrudes into the open space between the condensing units (21).
[0016] With further reference to FIG. 4, the nebulizing disk (50) is mounted securely around the shaft (42) and is mounted in the open space between the condensing units (21). The nebulizing disk (50) may be a volute centrifugal disk, a hydraulic wheel or the like to nebulize water.
[0017] In use the condensed water inside the air conditioner flows to the seat (11). The low-voltage DC motor (41) drives the shaft (42) to rotate the nebulizing disk (50). The rotating nebulizing disk (50) nebulizes the condensed water from the seat (11) and guides the condensed water to the condensing units (21). Heat of the condensing units (21) vaporizes the condensed water. Since vaporized water is easily discharged, the air conditioner with the condenser as described does not need pipes and easily discharges condensed water.
[0018] Furthermore, using the low-voltage DC motor has following advantages.
[0019] 1. Compared to an alternating current (AC) motor, a low-voltage DC motor (41) occupies only 20% volume of the AC motor. Therefore, materials to manufacturing the low-voltage DC motor (41) is reduced. 2. The power consumption of the AC motor is about 15 to 20 watt, compared to about 2 to 3 watt for the low-voltage DC motor (41). Therefore, the low-voltage DC motor (41) is energy saving.
[0020] 3. The low-voltage DC motor (41) drives the nebulizing disk (50) to nebulize water into drops. Higher rotational speeds reduce average volume of nebulized drops; smaller drops also vaporize more easily. The rotational speed of the AC motor is about 2500 to 3000 rpm, compared to about 3500 to 5000 rpm for the low-voltage DC motor (41).
[0021] 4. Since the low-voltage DC motor (41) uses voltage lower than 36 volts, danger of electrocution is reduced.
[0022] Therefore, the low-voltage DC motor (41) enhances the efficiency of heat dissipation of the air conditioner with the condenser as described, reduces energy usage and improves efficiency of the condenser as described.
