DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0026] The present invention will be clearer from the following description when viewed together with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention.
[0027] Referring to FIGS. 1-3, a document box in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises an upper housing 11 and a lower housing 12, both of which are made by the same mold to correspond to each other, thereby lowering production cost; and between the upper housing 11 and the lower housing 12 being defined two slots 13, 14 so as to movably open and close the upper and the lower housings 11, 12; the upper and the lower housings 11, 12 including two sets of grooves 15, 16 and 17, 18 arranged on one sides thereof individually, such that when the upper and the lower housing 11, 12 are covered together correspondingly, one set of retaining members 23, 24 are secured in the grooves 17, 18 to retain with the grooves 15, 16; and the upper and the lower housing 11, 12 also including integrally formed recesses 31, 32 fixed on inner sides thereof respectively.
[0028] As shown in FIGS. 3-5, the recess 31 serves to insert a set of paper positioning member 40 for positioning papers, and the paper positioning member 40 includes an integral formed bottom plate 41 having two pillars 42, 43 secured thereon, and two supports 45, 46 are formed on a side piece 44 which extends upward to correspond to the two pillars 42 and 43, the supports 45, 46 include two twisted extensions 47, 48 connected thereon respectively so that fitting holes 51, 52 are fitted to upper ends of the pillars 42, 43 as shown in FIG. 4, such that the documents fixed to the pillars 42, 43 can be turned to the supports 45 smoothly. When taking out documents from the pillars 42, 43 or putting then to the pillars 42, 43, the extensions 47, 48 are removed from the fitting holes 51, 52 as illustrated in FIG. 5.
[0029] The side piece 44 includes an inserting member 49 formed on a central portion thereof to be movably inserted into or taken from the recesses 31, 32 so as to retain or remove documents.
[0030] With reference to FIGS. 6 and 7, when the paper positioning member 40 is put to the upper housing 11, and the extensions 47, 48 are fitted to the fitting holes 51, 52 individually, a first paper 60 allows to be turned to a predetermined position which a second paper 61 is located so that when after the first paper 60 is used, it is turned to the lower housing 12, and then another paper is used continuously, thus obtaining operational convenience.
[0031] As illustrated in FIG. 7, two storing members 40 are placed to corresponding sides of the upper and the lower housings 11, 12 to retain different papers and documents, achieving flexible operation. As shown in FIG. 8, two sets of the storing members 40 are disposed to the document box without interfering with each other. The storing members 40 are fixed in the recesses 31, 32 (as shown in FIG. 3) of the upper and the lower housings 11, 12 to be proximate to the central points of one side walls of the upper and the lower housings 11, 12 so that the storing members 40 are spaced apart after covering the upper and the lower housings 11, 12.
[0032] Referring to FIG. 9, the upper and the lower housings 11, 12 are retained with each other by using the retaining members 23, 24. To extinguish different types of documents, receiving chambers 71, 72, 73, 74 are mounted to another sides of the upper and the lower housings 11, 12 individually to insert a label 80, indicating the type of the documents stored in the document box.
[0033] Thereby, one or two sets of paper positioning members are movably disposed to the integrally formed document box to obtain flexible usage.
[0034] While we have shown and described various embodiments in accordance with the present invention, it is clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
