Patent application number: 20110130187
Abstract:
An entertainment lottery-game show with the ability for all viewers to
participate by referencing a specific sequence of numbers randomly
produced by a machine/device/process in which viewers can match the
specific winning sequence of numbers to specific number combinations that
exist in viewers federally issued identification numbers (e.g. social
security number [USA], national insurance number [UK], social insurance
number [CANADA], tax file number [AUSTRALIA], etc.). The number
combination winning methodology can be used with other issued numbers
such as: phone numbers, credit cards, addresses, zip codes, registration
numbers and any other number created or acquired for the use with
invented viewer winning methodology.Claims:
1. A lottery-game show comprising: a random number producing
machine/device/process; and a sequence of numbers drawn by a random
number producing machine/device/process which could be located in an
individual's federally issued identification number (e.g. social security
number [USA], national insurance number [UK], social insurance number
[CANADA], tax file number [AUSTRALIA], etc.), phone number, zip code,
credit card number, registration number or any other number created or
acquired for the use with invented number sequence winning methodology
combined with a random number producing machine/device/process.
2. A lottery-game show according to claim 1, wherein said winners are able to contact friends or select charities for allotment of additional prizes.
3. A lottery-game show according to claim 1, wherein said random number producing machine/device/process is a large spinning dart board, roulette machine, spinning number board or any other random number producing machine/device/process including, but not limited to described methods.
4. A lottery-game show according to claim 1, wherein said winning number sequence methodology is any amount of numbers determined and announced to the viewers prior to the random numbers being chosen by said machine/device/process.
5. A lottery-game show according to claim 1, wherein said winner is the first to verify his or her federally issued identification number (e.g. social security number, etc.), phone number, zip code, credit card number, registration number or any other number created or acquired for the use for with invented number sequence winning methodology, with lottery-game show's data collection and verification center.
6. A lottery-game show according to claim 1, wherein the use of federally issued identification numbers allows for potential participation from all eligible viewers.
7. A lottery-game show according to claim 1, wherein viewers are able to see or hear the live drawing thru media such as: television, internet and radio.
Description:
[0001] This invention relates to the winning of prizes thru media using a
lottery-game show structure where a random number producing
machine/device/process creating a sequence of numbers is used by viewers
to claim winnings. The present invention relates particularly to the
sequence of numbers drawn by a random number producing
machine/device/process being located in an individual's federally issued
identification number (e.g. social security number [USA], national
insurance number [UK], social insurance number [CANADA], tax file number
[AUSTRALIA], etc.), phone number, zip code, credit card number,
registration number or any other number created for the use with invented
number sequence winning methodology combined with a random number
producing machine/device/process.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] Lotteries are extremely popular to millions, if not billions of people around the world. People sometimes spend a significant amount of money in order to have a chance at winning the lottery. Many TV shows, games, and websites have been fabricated to allow viewer participation, but many of these shows include fees and in reality offer a poor chance of winning. To date there has never been a 100% free of charge prize giveaway entertainment show that could include the entire populace.
[0003] The majority current lottery systems require participants to buy a ticket in order to have a chance to win. Most entertainment game shows on TV only allow for participation from the audience or contestants invited on the show. This does not provide for a particularly interactive environment in which all viewers could potentially benefit.
[0004] In recent years, television has made great improvements incorporating interactive technology to allow for viewers to have limited participation with entertainment shows, such as being allowed to vote for their favorite contestant.
[0005] What television needs is an entertainment show which is more personal and socially beneficial for everyone, not just for the participants on TV. A lottery-game show where anyone who watches can win. Where your friends can even make you a winner. A 100% free of charge, revenue producing machine that gives back to the communities and its people. Enough revenue to provide unparalleled funding for all schools and education systems throughout the United States and the rest of the world. That is the type of entertainment show people need on television, radio & the interne.
[0006] Worldwide ratings could reach astronomical proportions never yet seen, allowing companies to target markets never attainable before. Advertisers will battle to market their products or services to our massive global audience, allowing more revenue to be generated per time slot and per on show ad placement. Millions of viewers will see this show and its advertisers as fulfilling their social obligation and performing great deeds for millions or potentially billions of people.
[0007] The use of a random number producing machine/device/process combined with invented winning sequence combination methodology allows for any eligible viewer to have a chance to win. No other lottery-game shows have the ability to include everyone. Considering nearly every country has a different number format for their citizens' federally issued identification number (e.g. social security numbers (USA), national insurance number (UK), social insurance number (CA), tax file number (Australia), etc.), the invented winning methodology can be installed in every country creating unique shows for each while increasing the total numbers of winners.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0008] An interactive lottery-game show involving the distribution of prizes where a random number producing machine/device/process creating a sequence of numbers is be used by viewers to claim winnings with show's data collection and verification center. Herein the improvement is established; the invented game structure of using federally issued identification numbers and specific sequences of numbers randomly drawn allows for participation from everyone who views the lottery-game show and the ability to create a unique show for each country, which increases the total amount of winners consequently creating more social value. The use of other numbers such as, phone numbers, credit card numbers, addressees, zip codes and any other number created for use with invented winning methodology structure allows for additional targeted lottery-game shows.
