Description:
FIELD OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
[0001]The present invention is to provide a "container for contain different beverages", particularly for one that has features in easily and quickly mixing two beverages of different flavors each other without changing the usual drinking practice habit and simplifying the structural components for low cost automatic mass production in better economic way than conventional products of same kind.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002]Owing to novelty requirement of pursuing different flavor in beverage from the consumers, to blend beverages in different flavors for drinking becomes the prevalent habit. Accordingly, the businessmen, who commercialize the packed beverage, all try their best to design various containers filling with different drinks therein without mixing each other to avoid consumers from dirty and touching the finger in mixing procedures of two different beverages and mixing them at will if needed. For examples, the Japanese patents published in numbers of P2003-12015A, P2004-83002A, P2004-323097A, P2004-338751A, P2005-22706A and P2006-103781A; the U.S. Pat. in No. of 3,968,872 as well as the Taiwan patents in application number of 093212058, 093212059, 093207276 (patent certificate No. M 262462) and patent certificate No. I 271358, which all owned by the applicant of the present invention. All products belong to this category. By inducing all the designs for those products in prior arts aforesaid, a second beverage is stored in the bottle cap, which is usually employed for screwing together with associated bottle, so as to separate the first beverage in the bottle in isolated manner. Taking Taiwan patent No. I 271358 of the applicant as example, as shown in the FIGS. 1 and 2, the structure comprises a bottle I for filling first beverage G, a bottle cap 2 for filling second beverage R and a dividing disk 3 disposed in the bottle cap 2 to avoid the second beverage R for leaking out. By screwing the bottle cap 2 together with spout opening 1a of the bottle 1, the second beverage R therein is kept away from the first beverage G in the bottle 1 in separated and isolated manner (as shown in the FIG. 1). During mixing operation for drinking, the bottle cap 2 is properly rotated to screw with the threaded spout opening 1a of the bottle 1 for displacing the dividing disk 3 so that the second beverage R in the bottle cap 2 flows downwards into the bottle 1 to mix with the first beverage G of different flavor therein (as shown in the FIG. 2).
[0003]After the mass production through molding the patent No. I 271358 owned by the applicant of the present invention, the features and the effects of the output product completely meet the anticipated consequence and requirements in hygiene and drink safety so that it has been favored and commercialized by some government-run enterprise and individual enterprise through joint-venture contracts. After commercializing the product for some time, a few complaints from women consumers reflects that rather relative force is required to rotate the cap during mixing operation for drinking so that the holding the bottle become not used to handle as conventional capped beverage container. The cause and reason thereof incurred are finally found as below by further studying;
[0004]1. As shown in the FIGS. 1 and 2, the bottle cap 2 is bulky for filling more second beverage R so that consumers become awkward in handling the bottle 1 other than extra force is required to turn the bottle cap 2 to displace the dividing disk 3 therein, which is more difficult than that happening in the conventional bottle cap without conservation of second beverage R therein. The more quantity of second beverage R is required for filling in the bottle cap 2, the more serious of the situation becomes due to more bulky of the bottle cap 2 is needed. Accordingly, the complaints from the consumers due to inconvenience are unavoidable.
[0005]2. The shape and handling means in the packaging and wrapping case associated must be altered to fit with the enlargement of the bulky bottle cap 2 so that the handling method in the transportation and space management of the stacking mode in the warehouse should be changed concurrently; All the issues incurred should be further improved.
[0006]Additionally, the container structure of the Taiwan patent No. M296853(as attachment, title: structure of suck-in container), which is different from that described above, comprises a container body, which is configured with flexible wall of pleated corrugation with expansibility, for filling first beverage and a second container, which is nested in the container body, for filling second beverage so that the second container is deformed into rupture to let second beverage mix with the first beverage in the container body directly when the container body is pulled in stretched manner during drinking operation. Although such structure gets rid of the need in rotating the bottle cap, the drawback is incurred with the flexible wall configuration of pleated corrugation with expansibility in the container body. Namely, the malignantly or unexpectedly mixing two beverages with each other can not be avoided from the unanticipated or accidental pulling action on the container body. For some beverages of special requirement in flavor taste, the mixing time is critical in right before drinking to have fresh flavor taste. The unexpected mixing time, which happened long time ahead of drinking time, becomes a bad taboo in product design obviously.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0007]The primary object of the present invention is to provide a "container for contain different beverages", which comprises an outer container, an inner container and a cap, wherein, said outer container, which is an integral hollow body, has an spout opening with external male thread on the outer peripheral and a protruding round hump with an annular sunken dent of internal caliber in the center of the bottom surface; said inner container, which is an integral hollow tubular body throughout to both ends thereof, has an annular upper tubular opening with a ring of integral annular radial outer protruding jut hoop on the outer peripheral; and said cap has an annular buckling dent with a ring of integral annular radial inner protruding jut hoop disposed therein and an internal female thread is formed in the inner wall of the lateral surface. Put bottom surface end of the inner container into the outer container to insert into the annular sunken dent therein; then, fill two beverages of different flavor into the outer container and the inner container respectively. When screw the cap to engage with the spout opening of the outer container, the inner protruding jut hoop in the cap will concurrently buckle with the outer protruding jut hoop of the inner container in latch manner so that two beverages of different flavor are filled in the outer container and inner container respectively without mixing. Upon the cap completely departing away the outer container, the inner container together with the cap is concurrently detached away the outer container and two beverages immediately mix with each other meanwhile because the buckling latch between the inner protruding jut hoop of the annular buckling dent with the outer protruding jut hoop of the top surface on the inner container.
[0008]Another object of the present invention is to provide a "container for contain different beverages" with feature in easily and quickly mixing two beverages of different flavors each other without changing the usual drinking practice habit in opening the bottle cap so that the effects of available convenience in hand holding and the effortlessness in rotating exertion can be achieved.
[0009]The other object of the present invention is to provide a "container for contain different beverages" with feature that the malignantly or unexpectedly mixing two beverages with each other can be avoided from the unanticipated or accidental action on the outer container so that it can be used for drinking at right time really before the user wants to drink.
