Those programs were for Win 3.1 apps that ate ridiculous amounts of GDI memory (System Resources), where they fixed inadequacies in the operating system. Win95 has larger resource limits, and properly written Win32 programs won't use them... as much. Please save your money and effort, and stay away from this bogus software. If you really need to run 500 programs at once, get Windows NT Workstation. Or get an Amiga.
