this would not elimiate the surious transmisions but would cut them down.
Requiring a specific subject could be done with a procmail type filter
system, and would drop most spam requests right on the floor
of course these days you might want to set up a counter to prevent more than
one copy being sent to abny one address in a 24 Hour period...
(and I don't have to tell you how much punishment I wish to those folks who
send out spam using my return address!)
