It falls into the same category as the rest of the "Big 8". That is,
it's moderated by the *.answers moderators, a.k.a. the news.answers
moderators.
At the moment there are no active *.answers moderators, two partially
active ones, and a handful of hopeful volunteers waiting for someone
to help them learn the moderation setup. I've just returned from
travels and will be doing as much of that as my time and theirs
permit.
