AFAICS: Yes. You are sending your mails with quoted-printable encoding.
This enforces a maximum line length of 80 characters in the encoded
mail, which your MUA/MTA asserts by folding long lines with a "=<CR><CL>
sequence, as specified by the MIME-RFCs (2045-2049). The receiving MTA
or MUA should unfiold these lines, but apparently the software used for
the FAQ-Server dosn't handle this.

Try to avoid using MIME encoding when sending your articles to the FAQ
server. If you do not use an MIME features (characters outside the ASCII
range, attachments ...) your mail should not get encoded and thus those
lines should not be folded. Maybe you have to use a different MUA or
change your setup to using only US-ASCII with 7bit encoding.
