Are the FAQ submissions that have "[submitted]" in their subject header
considered faq-checker submissions or are they non-faq-checker inputs?
I've submitted such a FAQ (it's crossposted to one moderated newsgroup,
hence the non-direct faq-checker submission) more than 4 months ago.
