Yes, anything in the rtfm FTP archive can be obtained by mail-bot.
The address is <mail-server@rtfm.mit.edu>, and the command syntax for
FAQs is

send /pub/faqs/<Archive-name>

For example,

send /pub/faqs/tv/xena-wp/About
