Washington State has new Spam E-mail law.

I know this is not "Spam_Fighters@consensus.com" but I noticed an article
that apparently Washington state Gov. has passed a law making it illegal to
send an email with false headers from a computer in Washington state, or to
an address that the senders has reason to know is in Washington state.
Supposedly recipients of Spam are allowed to collect up to $500 (US) per
incident with double that for ISP's.
