Unfortunatly the guidelines for posting FAQ's REQUIRE that the FAQ be
posted to all applicable groups. One of my FAQ's "Welcome to
rec.sport.skating.*" is posted to all six of the subject skating groups
as well as rec.answers and news.answers .
Posting it in sparate batches is disallowed in order to keep trafic down.

IF your software cannot test for the presence of the news.answers
Moderated newsgroup, I would submit that you are using what most folks
whould consider "broken software"
