True, it's far from perfect. I notice that this header isn't shown on
the banner page for the newsgroup at faqs.org, though it does show up
when viewing the FAQ itself as a single part, and as a separate
section (unlikely to be read) when read as a multi-part document.
Bottom line is, if someone genuinely wants to be an idiot, you can't
stop them.
