Sites that honour cancels should also honour Supersedes; I believe
this is still a majority.

With INN at least, turning off cancels completely (innd -C) also
disables Supersedes.

I intend to stick with using it. (But in my case my auto-posting prog
handles it for me anyway, so it's no effort.)
