Email addressses in FAQ acknowledgements

I've been including email addresses in my kudos section. I hadn't
really thought about why - to ask for further information on comments
they made in the FAQ, I guess. This is a FAQ that targets the
computing community, so the readers are likely to be more educated
than the average net surfer (though not necessarily more knowledgeable
about the Internet).

Some of the the people on the list have been very grateful that
they're included. It's free advertising for the consultants. I've
had several of them give me updated addresses.

I haven't been adding names to the list lately, though. I tend to
cull information from several sources and recast it rather than
include direct quotes. And contributions tend to be much smaller now
that the body of the FAQ is maturing. So I'm not really sure what to
do with that section.
