FAQbook permission slips all sent

I've finished sending out all the permission requests for the FAQ
book. If you didn't get one, please let me know; perhaps your address
is wrong in the List of Periodic Informational Postings, or perhaps
your FAQ isn't listed there at all. In any case, I can correct the
LoPIP, which is itself a good thing, and also make sure you get a
permission request.
