Files are almost always stored the night after they're received in the
news feed at MIT. MIT is pretty well connected, so that's usually
very soon after the articles leave your local site. If it's taking
more than a couple of days, either your posting has a header problem
or there's a problem with the news feed somewhere between you and MIT.
