Or not. Based on a quick perusal of Vince's FAQ, I didn't see any grant
of a license for someone else to copy it. Absent such a license, you copy
at your own risk.

At least some of the views of the FAQ may be shared by the organizations.
However, nothing in the article _represents_ the views of those
organization.

Similarly, if you and I happen to agree on something, it would be
inaccurate to say that either one of us represents the views of the other.
