I see folk writing more and more tools for converting text to HTML.
That's fine, but have the folk doing this _tried_ asking the authors of
one of the existing tools to support some special feature?

I've had grand luck with txt2html - it does all that I currently want,
and probably a number of other things that I may want to add in the future.
And when I have asked the author, or at times contributed enhancements,
he's been quite willing to discuss and either incorporate or at least
create similar, capabilities.
