Requirements:
A reasonably stable, fairly fast telnet connection to MIT. To
check, ping -s mit.edu; if your turnaround is much more than 200
ms, working will be nearly impossible.
Basic working knowledge of UNIX, including at least one text editor
Enthusiasm, dedication, reliability, willingness to learn the
moderation setup, attention to detail
Helpful, but not necessary:
Knowledge of emacs
