Any nice tools to maintain faqs in txt and html?

hi

I would like to know if there any good tools that would generate
convert text version of FAQ into HTML format. Or has anyone
written any simple tool that would save the questions and answers
in a database like MS Access and that program should generate
the text and html versions of the faq.

I have looked into http://www.yrl.co.uk/~JaF/asc2html.html

Any info about this appreciated. Please send a copy of
