Could anyone explain why I seem to be getting the digest as *well* as all
the individual messages from the list?

I first joined the digest as I didn't really want all the individual
messages, but the drawback of that is that you can't post to the list.
When I saw some messages I wanted to follow up to, I changed status to a
regular member. Unfortunately, I'm still getting all the digests as well!

This question falls under the instruction:

"To correspond directly with a person, write to listmaster@consensus.com"

If people subscribed to the digest are unable to post, that is a bug that
it will take manual intervention to fix.

The basic instruction card that I got by following the "how to get help"
header on list messages did not say how to transition from digest mode
to mail mode. So that help is also a "ask for assistance" topic.

PS: the messages broadcast to this list currently carry a reply-to: <the list> header. I would like to register an objection to this. The people on this list are email literate enough so that this header is inappropriate. I understand that there are user groups for which it is appropriate, but I would like to ask for a review of this policy.

What currently happens with post-wannabe's that come from non-subscribers?
