No problem, just tell us (the moderators) what you want to do and wait
for us to acknowledge/approve the changes before posting with them.
(That's so we can clear out old files and get the archive ready to
store the new ones.) Fair warning, we're way too far behind right

You can send submissions directly to the moderators at
<news-answers-request@mit.edu>. Reparsing is no problem, since it'll
be looked at only by humans. However, it is slower than the
news-answers-submit method.

Sorry, I can't help you with this one. Look for a different/simpler
mailer, perhaps, or delve into the more obscure options of the one
you're using. (Which one are you using?)
