I found an Access database which is meant for maintinaing FAQs; it's not
right for me, but I did get some good ideas from it.

The guy who wrote it is Paul Liles (pdliles@ix.netcom.com) don't remember
where I grabbed it from (CompuServe, I think) but I dropped it on my web
site so you can grab it from there if you're interested:

It's 80k and there's no link to it... that's the price we pay for no FTP
space :-)

Personally, I use WordPerfect and a combination of hand tuning and
the can't live without txt2html.pl and maketoc.pl; some of the sections
that I have already done that have heavy formatting, I just cut and paste
from the odl version making whatever chnages are necessary.

I've recently come to the conclusion that the text version is just too
unwieldy these days (13 parts, 500k or so) so I expanded my pointer to be
a "Top Ten" FAQ (since my document is more of a REF these days :-) and aim
at the web site for the most details....

I went to a general store, but they wouldn't let me buy
anything specific.
