On the Macintosh, a utility called Myrmidon hooks into the Print
command of any application and converts any document to HTML while
"printing" it to a file. Laser printer drivers also can output to a
Postscript file, as I recall. With a macro utility such as QuicKeys or
KeyQuencer, you can avoid mousing around by setting up a macro to
initiate the conversion.
