For a different topic, I was at Infoseek <http://www.infoseek.com/>,
and I noticed that you can search "Web FAQs" (besides the Web, newsgroups,
etc.) It seems to search the archive at Ohio State, which at least for
my FAQ, still seems to be working. Also have noticed that "Usenet Info
Center Launch Pad" <http://sunsite.unc.edu/usenet-b/home.html> also
use this archive. I was pleased that Infoseek put "us" in their search
categories (in fact, it seems overdue). I also quickly checked Lycos,
AltaVista and Excite, but they don't offer this search option.

Just two minor thoughts -- should InfoSeek be encouraged to use another
archive -- wasn't the Ohio State archive a bit out of date? Second, it
might make sense to ask other search engines to do the same. But, which
one to recommend -- maybe the new one from Kent? Needless to say, it could
lead to an increased presence for us.
