# (I hope most people don't consider this _too_ far off topic.)
#
# Let's say I'd like to set up a two-way gateway between a particular Usenet
# newsgroup and a mailing list. Every newsgroup posting is seen on the list,
# and every message sent to the list is posted to the newsgroup.
#
# What's the simplest way to make this happen? I always thought there were
# probably gobs of people or sites that provide this service all the time,
# but I've had little luck finding them. Can anyone here point me in the
# right direction?
Take a look at newsgate which is on ftp.isc.org in the inn/contrib directory.
I mirror a copy of it at
ftp://ftp.landfield.com/news/inn/contrib/newsgate.tar.Z
The software assumes you will run this gateway on a unix box..
