Yes you can. The index generation software is limited currently to displaying
three separate URL: headers for any specific FAQ on an index. This is totally
separate from your FAQ. All links in the FAQs are converted. I am describing
only the index files I generate on my archive.

If there is a need I can increase that if people feel I should. Trivial to do.
But I'd think that more than two or three "Home Page URL" references would do
more to confuse than to inform.
