Since it has been put forth on a public forum, I can confirm that AT&T
Worldnet has indicated that it has a policy of not propagating posts
crossposted to >5 newsgroups. Reliable sources (I am unable to disclose)
have indicated that a number of other major feeder sites have similar no
propagation rules in place or being implemented.

I had to split my OS/2 newsgroups FAQ into 5 posts to get it off AT&T.
