Changing the contents of a FAQ

I recently got approval for my three part pseudoFAQ called "The Best of ASD
(alt.support.depression)". I also recently sent it to the rtfm.mit.edu
FAQserver. Yesterday it was posted to new.answers, alt.answers, and
alt.support.depression. So far so good.

The problem is, that I mailed each part to the FAQserver using my e-mail
program, which, since I forgot to disable it, appended my sig file (see
below) to the FAQs. So now my address and phone numbers etc. are at the
bottom of each of the three posts. It is not a big deal, but I would like
to have my sig file removed from these files in the rtfm.mit.edu archive
and from the rtfm.mit.edu FAQserver.

I think I have figured out how to send the rtfm.mit.edu FAQserver new
updated versions of the already approved and submitted FAQs (minus my sig
file). Will the rtfm.mit.edu archive of these files then be updated
automatically from the new.answers and alt.answers newsgroups after the new
updated posts appear there at the next scheduled posting time (in two
weeks)??

Thanks, I appreciate everyone's help. (Esp. Pam Greene.)

Sincerely
Stewart
