Loop is dead

Will has been removed from the list. (Not a punitive measure, just a
cure for the loop.) The looped messages should stop once they've been
flushed out of the various mail queues.

As a rule, not rejecting messages from mailing lists you're subscribed to
sounds like a good idea to me.
