Mechanism to Avoid Loops in FAQ-Maintainers

I wonder if this FAQ Maintainers mailing list can be equipped with some
kind of loop-preventing mechanism. Our buddy Will Bell bounced some
messages which his program believes to be spams back to this list,
and he is still subscribed to this list, so he bounces, bounces and
bounces, with our accounts being mailbombed as a byproduct.

I understand this is not directly related to FAQ maintaining, and I
am sorry for posting this. I suggest all subscribers of the FAQ Maintainers
mailing list move their procmail rules for E-mails from this list to the
beginning of their .procmailrc, at least before the rule(s) handling
unsolicited commercial E-mails and spams.

And do not forget to disable "vacation" for E-mails from this list.
