Auto-posting server FAQ?

I maintain (sort of) the Copyright FAQ, and occasionally get the very
valid complaint that I haven't updated or posted it for some time (where,
ashamedly, "some time" now exceeds three years).

The gap in posting stems from my leaving a previous employer back in
January 1994, and losing Internet access for 8 months. Probably the
biggest reason for my lack of resuming posting is having to re-install and
take the time to re-learn Ian Kluft &co.'s excellent autofaq software.

I've seen mention of a server on which I can apparently store my FAQ and
have it auto-posted on my behalf. Do I have this right? If so, would
someone please point me in the direction of a description and
documentation for it?

Thanks.
