I've been lurking on here for a few months, but I feel my level is way
behind that of the general audience. For this reason, I'd like to apologise
in advance for what is a very basic question.
Is there any basic pointers/FAQ on suggestions for how you should structure
a FAQ? I have a FAQ on African Violets which is well over 50kb, and I am
starting to break it up into pieces. So it is well advanced, but I was
wondering if there were suggestions on 'standard' inclusions in each FAQ,
such as revision information and the like. Any assistance would be
appreciated, including examples of well-structured FAQ's.
Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of Usenet access (although I do visit Deja
News VERY occassionally), and this is probably a major cause of my lack of
familiarity. I am aware of the RTFM archives also.
Regards, Richard in Newcastle, Australia.
