As you mentioned later, the value parts can be anything appropriate.
For example, the format of the date is not restricted to the above
example.

Oops, that one was me. I was very surprised to discover I was one of
the miscreants. I would encourage *EVERYONE* to check whether they
are.

These could be useful additions in my case.
