The Utrecht archive extracts these pointers and displays them
alongside in the directory view.
As an example, here's their directory of news.admin.net-abuse.misc FAQs

The "Refers to" apparently snatches any URL: header in the secondary
headers of the FAQ (which is at least how I would do it).
