Well, I guess you don't need to mention Chris' service here :) Refering
us to a FAQ along this subject should be good enough :) After all, we
are supposed to know what a FAQ is for.

It is hard to say. Chris Lewis raised this issue in this mailing list
since some of the FAQ documents are cancelled. Strictly speaking, this
should belong to the net abuse issue and not discussed in the FAQ
Maintainer mailing list. However, I believe it will also be wrong to
say "Chris posted something off-topic" here.

Otherwise we can also say "MIME introducing =" and "HTML/txt
transformation" should belong to another category instead of in this
FAQ mailing list.

This is a problem, and it is what I was talking about. Right now it
seems some people are working on it. I am sorry that this is what I can
say at this point.

I am not Chris, but I guess it will be better if he can simply put the
string like "Cancelled by rogue canceller and resurrected by xxxxx" into
a header field like "X-Explanation-of-Resurrection" instead of a part of
the message body. This might be easier for him because in this way his
program does not need to distinguish auxiliary headers for FAQs from
ordinary texts.

One last thing and I apologize first if I should not raise the question
here: How can I unsubscribe my UCLA address from this mailing list and
subscribe my Netcom address? I tried to send E-mails to
"FAQ-Maintainers-request@consensus.com" with appropriate subjects
and it never works (I did not receive acknowledgement messages either).
