Very well. My comments referred only to the three forged
cancels quoted by Chris Lewis, who is one of the most
proficient cancelbot forgers on Usenet. I have no doubt that
there were many other targets, of which I am unaware.
A quick check of the 8,192 most recent control articles (of
all kinds, not just cancels) stored at my site shows that
1,060 -- more than 12.5% -- are cancelbot forgeries by Chris
Lewis. Here is just one sample:

So Lewis doesn't confine himself to mindless MMF chain
letters, but also censors ads for apparently real services,
which just happen to offend Lewis's moral sensibility.
(I wish I had read Becky's post.)
Nathan Tenny's report that the unknown forger selects
innocent targets only supports my inference that the action
is a terrorist retaliation against "cyberspam" cancels.
Injuring the innocent is what terrorists do.
The terrorist is hoping that the outrage of the innocent
will prevail on cancelbot operators like Lewis (and, well,
myself) to desist, and allow worthless spam to die a natural
death.
