I have put up a FAQ link verification utility at

http://www.landfield.com/cgi-bin/faqs/vlinks

It is working but it is still alpha. If anyone has a spare minute, please
try it out on your FAQ. You can enter either an Archive-name (in which
case it verifies the copy in my archive) or you can specify a complete
url to the FAQ's homepage.

It only checks http: references at present. More checks to come...
