It's part of HTML. You don't actually put the numbers in the code. It
works like this
<NL>
<LI> A numbered item
<LI> Another numbered item
<LI> Yet another numbered item
</NL>
That code will yield something like the following,
1. A numbered item
2. Another numbered item
3. Yet another numbered item
If you wanted to add something between number 2 and 3, just insert it in
the code and the numbering will follow.
