FAQ server problems

I am attempting to update a FAQ on the rtfm.mit.edu FAQ server.

I do this routinely, and have never modified the headers of the sections
since I have started to use the FAQ server. Two sections have headers that
are almost identical, yet the server rejects one section, and accepts the
other. I can't figure out what is wrong, because the headers are "99.9%
identical."

The server first informed me that it was unable to parse lines in my
"Summary:" header. When I tried to fix that, it replied that I have
multiple "Subject:" lines, when there is only one.

I tried pasting in the main header from the section that was acceptable,
and changed two characters (changing a "1" into a "2"), and got the same
result.

I need some help here.
