looking for recommendations on hopefully easy change to faq

I need to add a new newsgroup to the Newsgroups: line of my FAQ headers.
The catch is twofold - the new newsgroup is a moderated one, AND,
the moderators there add a digital signature to anything they post,
in hopes of providing a mechanism to recognize when something has
'illegally' been posted to the group.

What steps do I as a FAQ poster to the *.answers newsgroup need to
take to satisfy *.answers and comp.lang.tcl.announce technically?
I already know that my FAQ satisfies, content wise, the new newsgroup
criteria. And the moderators will be happy to comply - they are just
unfamilar with *.answers procedures and so are unable to make recommendations.
