I should add that my latest e-mail was read and the out-of-date FAQ deleted.
They apologized for Tom Fine not doing anything previously when he was
there. I had actually gotten a response from Fine early on in my two year
quest. He basically blew me off. At first he just insisted that the
out-of-date FAQ wasn't there. I wrote back pointing out that the current
FAQ was indeed there, but that the out-of-date FAQ was at a different URL.
He finally allowed that it was there, but that he was going to fix
everything and I should be happy my FAQ was in the best archive. There
would seem to be hope afterall that the place is in better management now -
when you can get ahold of them.
