From the standpoint of a newsadmin (which I am) rather than a FAQ
maintainer (I just barely do that, on some local groups), this has become
a significant problem.

To preserve network bandwidth I have news.answers set for a 90 day expire
but I'm noticing quite a few news.answers postings are coming through
lacking the Expire: header.

Would it be possible - or even desirable - to retromoderate news.answers
to keep these out of the stack and help encourage other newsadmins to use
long expires?
