I say no. In this whole discussion, I have not seen any good reason to drag=
all of the other FAQ maintainers into the soc.culture.russian problems. We=
don't need new rules, particularly ones that attempt to screen FAQs for=
content. The readers do that already, and are quick to point out any=
problems within the FAQ that I maintain.

My advice - handle the problem from within your own news group. A news=
group FAQ is only as disciplined and self-moderated as its audience is.
